What I like about the company

What I dislike about the company

Key has poor management from the immediate supervisor all the way up to the top. While I was working there, staff was being abused by clients and suffered alot of racist acts from supervisors. Staff was placed in uncompromising situations where they would be under staffed knowing that the house was an abusive house. The pay was terrible for the amount of abuse you had to take. I took a position with less hours and less pay due to the unsafe environment and work conditions that I encountered while working. Staff observed the lack of funding for clients. Supervisors were stealing clients funds and covering up for each other. There was so much going on, I'm just glad to be in a different place.
