Supervisors think they're too good to help out and company do not contribute to work climate of fairness and trust. This company will "dog" you out and throw you away as if you was "trash".
Support from management
Not organize, professional, respectful, understanding, polite, helpful and leadership skills. Not an all individual in the job profession and dealing with individuals correctly or team player. Its all about what they can get out of you. No growth in there positions and pay is horrible.
No team work from the following: supervisors, teamleaders or colleagues its ever person for him and her self.
Freedom to work independently
Workload is "not" fairly distributed and no say in the structuring of their own area of responsibility. People are treated with no respect.
The "only" times when the company (superior) communicate with a subordinate is to counsel that individual to be "fired" or in "need" some work done at last minute.
No equal opportunity for anyone. Wherever you are place in the chain of commands is where your "stay".
Attitude towards older colleagues
No appreciation for anything. This is one of many reasons many "do not" stay on board lack of appreciation and support.
No advancement for the "blue coller" employees.
Overall compensation for your work
Poor wages for "blue collar" employees and "never" mention informal or formal of benefits employee.
Office / Work Environment
Your in a warehouse without proper ventilation, poor lighting, poor conditions all over the place ie dust all in the air, no cool air in the working environment and poor working equipment.
Social environment absolutely "not" at all.
"Never" was informed about "any" perks ie vacation time, sick leave, or accumulate hour for "any". Family matters is a "NOT" is consider a factor. You either come to work or suffer the wrath of being "fired" or threatened to be "fired".
No one I knew spoke "highly" of this company and image is "bad".
The job at this company is not "stable" you will be "laid off" when their product is not in demand. Work at this cimpany is "not" steady. The organization does not care if you're laid off.
Limited parking area for the disabled "blue collar" employees.
In some areas but not "all" still need more improvement.
The word challenging work to the "company" is all about how much money you can make for them. Nor is the "environment" in the work place challenging as sense of pride or workmanship in the product because their is no rewards for you hard work or achievement in a goal.
