Position Management/executive staff
Western does not encourage mentorship or team work.
Support from Management
Leadership was devisive. They pitted employees against each other. Uper management destroyed the team mentality. There is no sense that management has your back.
Uper management distanced itself from production and decreased overall participation.
Level of Autonomy
The high performing employees got more work dumped on them while under performing employees scated.
