The company does not value work-life balance, families are not taken into consideration. Work hours can change with no notice.
I was not proud to work for this company.
Jobs are not stable, positions were cut due to underbidding of the contract. People were given no notice that they were being replaced. They posted replacement jobs before they would notify the staff they were being replaced.

The work is challenging but no very rewarding due to lack of appreciation of Management.

- Evaluate the environment, employees and process before you enforce changes. Encourage team work and respect the knowledge and the experience of the employees in place.

Sorry there was nothing I liked about this company.
What I dislike about the company
Lack of respect for their employees and the way they cut positions. They advertised positions and hired your replacement and then with not notice let you go. They had no respect on how the prior contracts had been ran before and wanted to change everything with little to no training on the changes. The thing that was always communicated was Just Do It.
