Suggestions for improvement
- Pay attention to you employees, put real air conditioning in the building not fans on the floors. Make sure the computers work properly and provide more parking. Better food options instead of junk food!
What I like about the company
Work was easy and atmosphere was comfortable
What I dislike about the company
They don’t care about their employees, everyone is a just a number. Training bad management have their own agendas and don’t really care to help someone move up to their desired position. HR is invasive and doesn’t accept doctors notes for illness. Myself and another person I know were admitted to the hospital and both of us were let go because they wouldn’t accept documentation.
