Loved the job and would re-apply but I moved. Be weary of people who lie & cheat to get ahead.
Suggestions for improvement
- Make sure managers are fully qualified for the position and have the resources to assist those directly under them, equally and w/o prejudice
What I like about the company
Independence within your work shift (work alone or with others) Flexible schedules and dress code. Ease of access within the building. Onsite product events. Food trucks available every pay day. Varied business/employment opportunities.
What I dislike about the company
Such diversity among employee's can create "cliques". Team leads personal bias played too strong a roll in employee affairs. Management was often lacking with providing new information within a timely manner
