Be VERY aware of what schedule you are on and ANY tech issues need to be in a log between sup or floor manager asap
Suggestions for improvement
- Try not firing good employees before you really see what's going on.
What I like about the company
Training is the best part. The work is a bit much and the expectation is really above pay
What I dislike about the company
Workload and not looking into true causation of employee happenings.
