Attitude towards older colleagues
Predominantly under age 30. Young people stick together. Older workers with more professional backgrounds, or who are not as fast, are let go

Old building with poor maintenance
Shift can change every 90 days due to shift-bidding
Elevators poorly maintained. One has mold growing in it and smells horrible. Others are out-of-service constantly
O.S.H.A. has found violations more than once. Security doors left ajar, bedbugs in two of the production centers, sanitation issues

What I dislike about the company
Inexperienced, young "team leaders" are promoted within months to that position. They know the mechanics of the computer systems but little about customer service or managing personnel. Supervisors refuse to take phone calls unless ABSOLUTELY necessary. Favoritism is shown for team leaders' "buddies" and peers.
