Suggestions for improvement
- I think the biggest improvement would be the ability to have a permenant schedule instead of it changing on a weekly basis. Ita hard to make doctors appointments or even plans because your schedule can changw at the last minute. Also the computer equipment needa to be updated so that we could be more proficent.
What I like about the company
Very flexiable with scheduling. They are also very understanding should a personal or medical issue arrise and you need time off. Also works around any disabilites you may have.
What I dislike about the company
Management should keep employees more update on changes that are made by yhr client so that we are aware of them before a problem arrises.
