Suggestions for improvement
- I beleive a week of supervised calling would be very helpful. I don't understand why we can't go to managers with issues.
What I like about the company
The team and staff work hard to ensure you feel ready to take on any obstacle. They understand that life can be chaotic and are flexible.
What I dislike about the company
Unpaid holidays. I understand with a company so big it isn't efficient but there should be some kind of seniority perk.
