They hire a bunch of people that don't understand teamwork. Everyone I had encountered was really lazy and wouldn't go past doing their particular section, even if it meant helping would move the line along faster and more efficiently.
Management never communicates with each other, so you're always hearing different things from different people
They don't understand people have outside lives with family and children. They fully believed that work was the only thing in your life. I very rarely got to see my daughters while employed here.
Suggestions for improvement
- when people are hired for a certain hours, actually make sure it stays that way. A lot of people will apply for and accept a job based on the hours advertised, and when you move it around, it really messes with them.
