Suggestions for improvement

  • Better team communication. At this point, a lot of things are unorganized.

What I like about the company

Supportive coworkers and Team Leads. Can move up fairly easily. Easy job. 3 weeks of paid training. Nice break room. Give you own locker and lock. Free ice water, coffee, tea, etc.

What I dislike about the company

The clocking in and out system right now is unfavorable. Time isn't accurate, though sometimes that's a good thing. No phone allowed on the floor while working.
