Support from management
Contractors "might" receive contact/support from their recruiter but corporate/management support is non-existent.
Suggestions for improvement
- Think of, treat those that work at 3Ci as yourself. It's possible to offer better insurance than you do.
What I like about the company
What I don't like is medical insurance and the VERY poor way they offer it, and worse, communicate about it.
What I dislike about the company
Medical insurance. Granted this new "era" of medical insurance is difficult but 3Ci is making little effort to help the people that work for them. And communication regard that insurance is very, very bad. It's impossible to "speak" with some "one", at least in the Atlanta office.
