Company culture is toxic. Very little trust exists between managers/supervisors and those employees under them. There exists a lot of petty sabotage and back stabbing amoung employees and this is encouraged and allowed by management. Praise is given rarely and only to a handful of employees.
Support from management
Management is often unaware or ill informed of the essentials nessecary to complete projects. Targets and deadlines are often unrealistic. Employees are not consulted at all in the decision making process.
