Suggestions for improvement
- Hire Contractors earlier to keep the talent
Best way to describe the culture is clique-y. Can be good or bad, but sometimes exhausting going between them throughout the day.
Cross functional projects are extremely slow due to at least 2-3 critical colleagues being days/weeks to get their work completed. (see note on working conditions)
Working in several different divisions, never seen or heard of micro-managers. Get your work done on-time and have free time to work on side projects.
