Communication was lacking. Input went unheeded.
Attitude towards older colleagues
A premium is placed on youth. Recent college grads for mid mgmt... May be willing to work longer hours for less $.
Overall compensation for your work
If you are on salary, figure your pay based on an 80+ hour week.
Zero regard for life outside work.
If another company comes in with a lower bid for service than 4-m, You could find yourself unemployed.
I was proud of my effort and accomplishments. However, rewards were not forthcoming.
Suggestions for improvement
- Help people grow. Appreciate your employees. Treat people as you would want to be treated.

There were, and still are, some good people there.
