Support from management
Employees were never involved in their decision making process. Leadership was not supportive.
Colleagues where great at working together but Leadership did not work great with their employees.
Freedom to work independently
Sometimes you were trusted to work independently and sometimes you were micromanaged.
Communication was at 50% although employees were told that would improve.
Overall compensation for your work
The pay actually decreased in that they reduced pay to some staff and capped others out at a lower amount that didn't match the work responsibilities.
There is no recycling program but the company demonstrated concern.
There was a high turn over rate so often employee were asked to work extra hours.
I started out proud when there was different leadership. When the leadership changed the atmosphere changed for the worse and ai no longer was proud.
Positions were eliminated in a mass amount a few times. Everyone felt their jobs were at risk and began to look for other jobs.
There are no elevators and only 2 ramps.
The work was challenging at times. I was very proud of my work ethic.
