Threats versus coaching. Achieve results at all costs.
Great teammates to give support and ideas.
Freedom to work independently
Used to be creative and think outside the box. Now they regiment you to an order than cannot help sales growth.
The threatening emails they get sent to get the job done. Last minute communication to try to shift. Violates the silence rule for field operations Wednesday through Friday in order to keep visit integrity in line.
no coaching and mentoring program consistent.
On call all the time and can't get it all done in 10 hour days. Work nights and weekends just to try to keep up.
Legal battles with employees and franchise owners
Always look over your back. Anyone will throw you under the bus and not take accountability.
Very challenging work due to expectations that are unrealistic.
Inclusive / Diverse
Diverse people, but only military get promoted or higher positions. Too much politics
Suggestions for improvement
- Improve company culture and work environment. People stay for leadership. The lack of makes people want to leave.
