Suggestions for improvement
- Need to talk to each other rather than about each other
There is also a scope in every field.
New ideas always welcome.
We worked as a Team, there is no boss.
A lot of flexibility by the management.
Working independently in second shift gave me a lot of confidence.
All equal in terms of allocation of work.
It seemed like they was just for the money. The old food we HAD to throw out. We could not give it to homeless. If you got caught you would be fired.
If you have a problem you would have to fix it yourself. And if your relieve did not show up you still had to work.
You threw away EVERYTHING!
Everything is broke, leaks, or you don't have time to clean due to line being so big.
7-Eleven is a good company to work for if you need flexible hours. Company is fine with you taking time off for vacation as well as sick time for family etc. Job Security is a non factor. They will tell you that they never lay anyone off but that isnt the case. The entire group that I went to training with except for one has been laid off. Management will constantly threaten your job in meetings if you dont meet your numbers. It is high stress every day. You will get harassing texts on Sunday mornings from management to make sure the store ordered donuts and muffins etc.
No teamwork. All employees are out for themselves.
"Gotcha" environment with no training.
No communication. On your own.
Eliminates older employees and keeps them down. Personal supervisor insulted my age.
Dirty and damaged buildings. No upkeep and dangerous.
Very bad and inconsistant promotion practices
