84 treats people like family. They are very easy to get along with.

Freedom to work independently

If you are an outside sales person. You have the freedom to do as you please as long as your making your numbers.

Internal Communication

Nothing is kept a secret here. Daily news letters come out that are available to read for all employees.

Overall compensation for your work

The company has only survived as long as they have by not paying a decent hourly wage. They incentive to work there is their bonus system. However, getting a bonus is promised and is not always easy to do. In my experience you went most months not getting any type of bonus.

  • The only change I would make is to update the technology.. some of the equipment and programs are out dated

What I like about the company

Good environment.. friendly co workers.
No restrictions on using your paid time off. Great health benefits offered.
Management is flexible with work hours depending on your situation and needs.

What I dislike about the company

Management need to provide better communication skills.
Depending on the position wages can be a little low. Would help as an incentive for employees to do a better job.
