Suggestions for improvement
- The list is too long.
- Create a career advancement program for those who either qualify on paper, or in work ethic, or both.
What I like about the company
The salary is competitive for every salaried professional, the advantage is access to cultural events, a fitness facility on the premises which is either included in your employee package or not.
What I dislike about the company
It is not a progressive culture filled with camaraderie, or shared ideas. The hierarchy is prevalent and the advancement for lateral movement or department to department move, unlikely. Also, not many employees receive health insurance as this institution keeps many employee hours below forty hours a week.
