Little to no reward for hard work. 6 day work weeks over a dozen weeks a year for NO thanks or compensation. All of those extra mandatory days are during holiday weeks where business is clearly much more important than associates personal lives or families . District and regional management have no clue, or compassion for associates. Favoritism runs the company from district management downward. Store managers are treated like garbage!
Constant turnover at all levels of the company. Overall hostile work environment. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
Support from management
Tools are not provided from district manager level and up.
Outside of the store manager and his team, the word team is nonexistent.
Freedom to work independently
Most of the time information is passed along through peers rather than the direct leader.

Overall compensation for your work
Most stores are in bad/high crime areas. Many associates are afraid to leave after dark. Security is not provided by the company. Very difficult to get.
The store is your life. Even outside the store you are constantly getting emails, calls and texts. Company does not provide compensation for having to use their personal devices.
Fair from costomers response.
Company is built on favoritism. If you are good and knowledgeable regarding your role, you are considered a threat. You will be fired or forced to quit.
Most stores are compliant with all laws.
Need security guards!!!!
Mainly because you are never given clear direction on what to do from direct leaders. Makes it very challenging.
