Company is in dire need of human resources intervention and involvement in employee issues. Too much time is wasted on repremending employees for wrong instances versus the good traits possessed or illustrated the rest of the time. Human resource related instances are commonly swept under the rug to avoid real issues that potentially lead to big problems. "Supervisors only focus on the bad, and forget about the good."
Support from Management
They struggle with inexperience in management. Managers aren't necessarily the proper fit for their duties but they have been "comfortably" in their positions, so there won't be any change for more qualifying employees.
The management would often talk about change, but was not ever able to commit to much needed re-vamping.
