Suggestions for improvement
- Why bother. No one would make any changes.
I like about the employer
Very little. Hierarchy was heavily layered with all the work falling on the lower middle management with little to no appreciation or reward.
I dislike about the employer
See above. In addition, the upper management was generally a poorly selected "hero of the week" employee being rewarded for a short successful situation and little regard for the candidates qualifications to manage people.
