- At least a 45 minute lunch and a living salary.
What I like about the company
All employees receive a Premier level AAA membership at no cost.
What I dislike about the company
Salary is below a living wage. Emergency Road Service department underfunded despite being a main selling point. Most aspects of Road Service have shifted from the call center to the dispatchers with no change in pay. Staying home when ill often cut short due to HR regulations about needing a Dr's note after 3 days. Many choose to not even stay home. When one is sent home sick, it's counted against the employee. 30 minute lunch break is inadequate. Unless you stay at your desk, it's barely enough time to go to the cafeteria, eat and return, assuming you don't buy your lunch there, which uses up even more time. On the weekend, it's only enough time to fetch a lunch and then eat it as you work. Employee recognition programs seem to be constantly revised to minimalize the rewards or inflate the needed qualifiers.
