Suggestions for improvement
- Employees need one on ones with their supervisor and team meetings to keep up with changes. Employees also need to know what their stats are, including attendance points. It shouldn't take Months to get back to someone.
I like about the employer
Their rate of pay was above average for a call center.
I dislike about the employer
They don't know how to manage their employees. They are understaffed, creating an unbearable workload.
