Suggestions for improvement
- give raises and cost of living. Do not be so strictly regimental. the member is not alway right. have seniority count .
I like about the employer
they have a great health benefits ! they have transit allowance
I dislike about the employer
no job security..no raises, but bonus based on customer feedback and following strict scripted lan guage to members that is reviewed from recordings of interaction . vacation can only be taken after bidding on days with other employees (no guarantee of approval). there is no seniority status. have to bid on work hours. (you can get any hours 24/7. only a few can get holidays off after bidding.
