Suggestions for improvement
- Update systems to acceptable standards, develop methods of enforcing minimum service standards without exception for long-term staff.
What I like about the company
What I dislike about the company
Clumsy attempts at marketing, misleading and not well planned marketing and systems that are not current. Not enough testing before roll-out or support of local staff dealing with poor systems and poor marketing. Archaic policies. Supports long-term employees that do not contribute to customer service over customer-facing staff. The "tenured" employees are not team players and are frequently rude, not helpful and detrimental to service.
