Suggestions for improvement
Politics can be brutal, rewards go to self-promoters
Poor support for good business systems unless mandated by the Government
Individuals work well together, less so for senior managers
Information from top down is good, lateral communication not as good
Expectation of work being far more important than personal life.
Every job is at high risk if short-term goals are not met, consistently, long term performance is of lower value.
The culture has declined since Textron, layoffs will do that.
This company had leadership before Textron.
Most of the "over 50's" were laid off almost immediately following Textrons takeover.
I fear every time a VP wants to have an "all hands meeting", and assures us our jobs are secure.
The product has suffered dramatically over the years, we're not doing anything innovative anymore. We're more or less just treading water until Textron cashes us out.
