What I like

AAMP has given me tools that i can take with me on the career. It has been a great learning experience here. Unlike any other workplace, I have worked. While challenging, the people at AAMP are very passionate about their work and the industry.

What I dislike

The culture needs to be greatly improved. There is very little diversity in gender and race. Male dominated company. There is very poor communication and team structures. There are too many people "in charge" that it slows down the rest of the process.

Suggestions for improvement

I would set up a universal communication system that all teams have to use.
