Suggestions for improvement
- Get an H.R. department that doesn’t just come to work and sits there. Get qualified management not ones that act like they know what their doing. Get rid of overpaid management. Give employees cost of living raises and bonuses.
What I like about the company
There’s nothing to like anymore.
What I dislike about the company
This company has taking all positive benefits from the employees. Vacation time is no longer given at the beginning of the year you now earn 7.5 hours a pay period, not even a whole 8 hours. If you use tuition reimbursement and leave the company within two years after getting it you have to pay it back. Upper management is a joke, they are in meetings from 8am until around 2pm everyday and nothing gets accomplished, the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. No room for advancement because jobs are field for family members, friends or favorite employees. Can’t talk to H.R. or upper management about anything because they don’t keep it confidential. Pay raises are a joke. I can go on and on.
