Suggestions for improvement
- Increase the number of permanent positions for the project site offices (even if it's only by 2) for stability of the program. This would allow increased effort towards cultivating new business.
What I like about the company
Opportunity for seniors to be trained in new fields of interest, the flexibility, the team environment even though the personnel frequently change.
What I dislike about the company
Only the director is an employee; all other administrative/project site office workers are trainees, not employees. When referring to time "training" with them, it must be communicated that you were not employed and thus the low wages.
