Suggestions for improvement
- Increase wage to at least $12/hour and add some benefits and holiday pay. Place employees in temp to permanent positions. Help employees start new careers and provide training for it.
What I like about the company
It gives senior adults a chance to work.
What I dislike about the company
They only pay minimum wage for seasoned, experienced employees. 90% didn't find permanent jobs and tenured out of the program. So sad. More educational opportunities should be offered to all and be more diverse. One supervisor was very cold and treated us like she was a military sergeant. No holiday pay!
