• Everything is just fine, thinking of changing things would mean interfering with their scheme of things. So doing things the way they choose for me, if it ain't broke don't try to fix it.

Not to much to gripe about. I count it all to experience, the good as well as the bad

• It would help if there were some benefits and sick leave. The owner needs to have more open communication and better training before putting employees to work.

The positive personal experiences of my company was that they interacted with each other in a positive manner. We assisted the children in a positive way to enhance their education.

Like any reasonably sized company, there is red tape. We hire some really smart people. Let them run and do.

Company restructuring and staff turnover meant that some programs were not sheparded as closely or as well as needed to be successful.
