Support from management
Management is indecisive, unorganized, and have no problem throwing employees under the bus for their mistakes.
Suggestions for improvement
- Conduct internal reviews from the top down, identify problems and problem employees and make effort to improve the work environment while removing personal bias from individuals in management positions.
What I dislike about the company
The specific program that I was on was horrendously mismanaged, the employees are under paid by sometimes up to 50% of the market value for their position. Management does wish to develop employees, in fact, personal bias is so rampant within management that employees are often segregated from their specific programs if management has something against them personally.
