Suggestions for improvement
- Provide access to the perks, even though you may be high-level technician (some people are more valuable as technicians and not managers - they should be rewarded).
Improve the bonus program - it is calculated as percentage of salary, and other companies I've worked for have much better percentages.
Management (I/T in particular) needs to have a common direction - when things are left 'open', it leads to confusion about what the employees should be working on. Additionally, roles and expectations need to be defined...and ENFORCED...some teams do not perform their responsibilities and this is a lack of leadership and direction.
