Would rather see you fail that succeed. Unhealthy environment.
Support from management
No support at all, unless you call being written up for things you were never told about, you could look forward to receiving a certified letter at your home the next day. So, it was just punishment over and over again. Pure hell that place was.
They didn't care, just shut up and work
Freedom to work independently
Without knowledge of how all the pieces and how they worked together made it harder to understand your job.
Only negative notes in very angry print left in your in box.
Didn't see that happen.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Absolutely not, rather find a problem just before employee retired, happened quite a few times
Not without completely being trained
Overall compensation for your work
Not for the daily unbearable stress that you took home with you, making yourself sick before going in for your shift.
Office / Work Environment

Suggestions for improvement
- The whole company needs to be restructured when it comes to management, they even sat at home watching us on cameras most of the night. The disrespectful ways management were allowed to speak to their employees.Provide a much less stressful working environ
What I like about the company
Getting the drivers paperwork together in the early morning, we would discuss football games or music while waiting for the workload to printout.Other than that, I wish I had something else positive to say, sadly there's nothing.
What I dislike about the company
Being called degrading names in front of a room full of people, nobody would admit hearing it, because they would be next. I needed to ask my supervisor a question, I waited until it was my turn, she looked at me and yelled STAND DOWN!She was never discip
