At one time, yes. But knowing the inner corporate structure and understanding their quest for profit to be the number one goal as opposed to the actual servicing of the special needs community has swayed many employees opinions.
On a yearly basis the risk of job loss is present. Based upon gain/loss of contracts.
Can be challenging when addressing so many different areas; ie; students, scheduling, administrative requirements etc.
