Employees like

You are able to make a difference in the lives of individuals with autism and other disabilities. Centers on community inclusion, job coaching, and even taking trips (cruises, Disney, etc) with consumers so they get a chance to travel.
The freedom of it and being able to learn about the clients while working one one with them

Employees don't like

It's hard to communicate with the office department and they don't really care for the employees no benefits
For direct service providers there is a lot of driving and you are not given mileage. However the compny does pay providers a lot more than most companies. Company is expanding quickly which means for administrative members their jobs are constantly changing/getting bigger.

The communication between the office and employee and clients needs to be worked on having a consistent position set for each department
