There was no trust, it was always a "me first" mentality from the top down.
Departments did not work together, it was always an un-friendly competition.
People we're getting fired left and right, and they never gave us a reason why.
What I like about the company
My direct manager's were very nice
What I dislike about the company
The upper management, as well as the other departments (Sales, Customer Relations) were very unhelpful, uncommunicative, and at times even hostile towards our department.
