Overall compensation for your work
Compensation is so poor because the employees only get paid if they sell a car. If you don't sell a car you don't get paid and with most who come in to purchase, their credit is so poor they cannot get a car.
Suggestions for improvement
- Pay their employees an hourly rate based at least on minimum wage, in addition to their commission, health benefits, vacation time, and sick time. Treat employees with respect, address inappropriate behavior of those in a higher position, including disciplinary action.
