What I dislike

Next to nothing regarding financial compensation. You sign an agreement when hired stating you will be paid only when you sell something, however they can make changes and add as many demands and expectations to their employees that only benefits the company. They have never made any beneficial changes for their employees. If an employees wants or needs time off they are given a hard time which if they paid them may be understood but since they don't, they should say nothing.

Suggestions for improvement

Pay their employees an hourly rate based at least on minimum wage, in addition to their commission, health benefits, vacation time, and sick time. Treat employees with respect, address inappropriate behavior of those in a higher position, including disciplinary action.

Overall compensation for your work

Compensation is so poor because the employees only get paid if they sell a car. If you don't sell a car you don't get paid and with most who come in to purchase, their credit is so poor they cannot get a car.

Support from management

no leadership support. Only being yelled at and insulted.
