What I dislike about the company
ABKA is very unprofessional, they constantly receive complaints from customers due to their terrible customer service. They treat customers like they're doing them a favor and I've observed them mocking and insulting customers. They then discuss how they could've possibly gotten any bad reviews. Comeon. I have no idea how they've even stayed in business this long. They're not using any standard accounting system, they do all their bookkeeping on printer paper and their employees (sales reps) exploit the lack of any professional procedures or oversight in predictable ways. Complete violation of GAAP, Sarbanes Oxley, FASB and any other accounting rule ever, including the common sense ones.
