The Owner expects you to know what she is thinking and she never accepts when she is wrong, instead blames others. She threw a bag at a previous employee, slapped her former office manager and treats her current manager like crap. She even made the come "damm Americans" to an employee.
Support from management
The owner/Administrator speaks from both mouths. She tells you that you have authority to do something, then she goes behind your back and does otherwise.
None, the owner believes on divide and conquer and also that new employees are better than the old employees.
None what so ever. There is no communication. The Owner/Administrator never communicates, but gets mad when you don't know anything.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Older colleagues are treated like crap.

It is a hostile work environment.
It is very hostile and abusive.
Suggestions for improvement
- The owner needs to go for management course to learn how to treat employees. The grass is not always greener with the new employee.
What I dislike about the company
The owner is what made the work place unbearable and hostile.
