Hi level of tension and fear of reprisals dominate the culture.
Support from Management
Decisions are made in a vacuum and when goals are not achieved leadership tends to point fingers.
There is truly a glass ceiling that exists.
The rhetoric is present but the practice is lacking.
Suggestions for improvement
- The management team needs to be addressed. Areas of complaints need to be addressed with integrity. A priority should be placed on ethics and enforced not just talked about.
