The leader ship team does not expectations clear and when they are not met they are quick to complain and demote
You are on your own to figure everything out. The management is slow to offer help.
Really not communication except negative. Email
Is the only real form of communication. Be reedy to receive and be expect to answer emails at all hours
If you get in a certain group you will go far in the company
Be ready to work long hours with few breaks.
Most Osha standards are met. The training is minimal
