Supervisor takes the credit for employees achievements.
Support from management
Poor, poor poor leadership.
Lots of drama and backstabbing.
Freedom to work independently
Employees are favored and the workload is not distributed evenly.
Information regarding new procedures etc. is not passed on, yet employees are expected to follow new procedures.
No rights for the disabled.
Attitude towards older colleagues
They will fire you in a heart beat over nothing regardless of how long you have worked there.
Absolutely not, none.
Overall compensation for your work
Office / Work Environment
Out of date technology.
Vacation is given but when you ask to take it you are hassled about it and usually denied.
Bad image, supervisor has horrible image. It makes the entire company look bad.
NON STABLE COMPANY
I was always proud of my work product.

Absolutely not, it's their way or the highway.
