Suggestions for improvement
- They could communicate better so that all employees arecaware of the changes.
For the majority, everyone there are very good team players.
The employees can always go to management with concerns about their workload. Depending on the overall work load, they may get results.
The pay is on the lower end of the scale and raises are not competitive compared to the amount of work. The company does offer insurance - medical, dental and vision. The premiums are expensive. The company does not offer 401K or any retirement benefits. They do have paid vacation/sick days. They do not offer short term or long term disability benefits.
