For the majority, everyone there are very good team players.
Freedom to work independently
The employees can always go to management with concerns about their workload. Depending on the overall work load, they may get results.
Overall compensation for your work
The pay is on the lower end of the scale and raises are not competitive compared to the amount of work. The company does offer insurance - medical, dental and vision. The premiums are expensive. The company does not offer 401K or any retirement benefits. They do have paid vacation/sick days. They do not offer short term or long term disability benefits.
Suggestions for improvement
- Pay more competitive wages with yearly raises and obtain a more affordable insurance plan. I also would suggest some sort of retirement plan, 401K, etc.
What I like about the company
They are a Christian based company, with Christian morals and ethics.
What I dislike about the company
The pay is too low and the benefits are too expensive.
