Telemarketing, negative all day, management tries to keep you upbeat for the monthly close. You are asked to give positive reviews which put the company is the top 100 best places to work. This year 2 school districts beat them out. Work is from 7:45 to 5:30, One-hour unpaid lunch, and one-hour our unpaid weekly reviews. Your 15-minute breaks are for team reviews.
This is a Telemarketing company, you are required to make 150 cold calls a day.Located in the St Louis Landing, which has been recently reviewed as one of the most dangerous parts of St Louis.
Long term will end at some point, FCC is re looking at guidelines for telemarketing companies like this one. They will not tell clients they only call on them for 2 hours a day. If you have seen the movie the "Circle" this is the place. Upper management is interesting, to say the least. Most former employees will agree this is not a positive place to be. High turn over. Feel lucky to have been there 2 + years, and also lucky not to be there anymore.
Suggestions for improvement
- Listen to your employees, upper management is not truthful and CEO lacks professional skills. Management does not inspire nor take on true leadership skills.
