Support from Management
Conflicts are not dealt with in an appropriate manner (i.e. scheduling, issues with coworkers, etc.).
Communication is sorely lacking in regards to goals, whether it be simply company goals or sales goals.
Building morale is not top priority.
No cross-training in between departments; new employees are hired and trained instead of associates that have already been there a while.
No career growth, unless you're the company favorite...
Failure to teach anything new and promote from within
Lack of progress is blamed on employees
